The agreed-upon service was not delivered (e.g., if the nurse did not arrive, did not provide the promised care, or failed to deliver the specific nursing services agreed upon).

Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, particularly in situations where extreme circumstances, such as dangerous road conditions, prevented the nurse from reaching your location.
